What's in it

Ingredients

Kale - 2 cups
Mixed frozen berries - 1 cup
Peanut butter - 1 heaped teaspoon
Coconut water - 1 1/2 cups
Optional - 1/2 scoop coconut or vanilla protein

How to cook it

Directions

  • Blend for 30 seconds.
  • Enjoy.
