Mom’s Amazing Meatballs

An easy and very tasty meatball to eat alone or in your sauce.

What's in it


2 pounds ground beef
1 pound ricotta
1 cup Italian bread crumbs
2 eggs
freshly grated Romano and Parmesan
fresh parsley
Salt and freshly ground pepper

How to cook it


  • Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Grated cheese, parsley and salt and pepper to taste.
  • Form medium sized meatballs (the larger they are the longer you need to cook them).
  • Brown in a pan with some olive oil. Turning to brown all sides.
  • Add to sauce. Simmer and serve over pasta.
