What's in it

Ingredients

1 very ripe peeled banana (preferably frozen)
2 pitted Medjool dates
1 cup frozen mango chunks
3/4 cup coconut water
1/2 cup frozen blackberries or blueberries
1/4 cup plain yogurt
1 tablespoon ground flaxseeds

How to cook it

Directions

  • Purée 1 very ripe peeled banana (preferably frozen), 2 pitted Medjool dates, 1 cup frozen mango chunks, 3/4 cup coconut water, 1/2 cup frozen blackberries or blueberries, 1/4 cup plain yogurt, and 1 tablespoon ground flaxseeds in a blender until smooth.
