What's in it
Strawberries (pureed is best)
Greek Yogurt (any flavor you like)
How to cook it
- Rinse strawberries well, and cut the greens off.
- Blend/puree the strawberries. If you have a powerful blender you probably don't need to add any water or juice.
- Spoon some of the puree into the bottom of the mold, and then alternate with greek yogurt and puree until the mold is full.
- Put the handle in and freeze! These took around 2 hours to be solid enough to eat.
