What's in it
4 cupsshredded cabbage
1 (11 ounce) canmandarin oranges, drained and liquid reserved
1/4 teaspoonground ginger
1/4 teaspoonground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoonwhite pepper
1 cupcrushed pineapple, drained
How to cook it
- In a large bowl, toss together the cabbage, 1 tablespoon of reserved orange juice, salt, ginger, nutmeg, and pepper.
- ss the oranges and pineapple into the mixture. Stir in mayonnaise until evenly coated. Chill well before serving.
