What's in it
1 (9 inch) chocolate pie crust
1 cup milk
1 package (3 ounce) instant vanilla pudding (can be sugar free)
1/4 cup creme de menthe
2 cups whipped topping
8 Oreo cookies, crushed
green food coloring, a drop or two-optional
How to cook it
- With a hand mixer beat milk, pudding mix, creme de menthe, and optional food coloring until smooth and thick.
- Fold in whipped topping and crushed Oreos.
- Pour into crust and chill at least 2 hours.
