What's in it
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
3/4 cup plain goat yogurt
3/4 cup tart cherry juice
2 tablespoons palm sugar
1 tablespoon acai powder
1 tablespoon maqui powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
How to cook it
- Combine all the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Taste, and, if desired, add additional palm sugar for a sweeter flavor.
- *Chef Suggestions -Feel free to swap goat yogurt for your favorite yogurt (pasture-raised cow or sheep). -Try other flavors of juice or berries, such as raspberries and strawberries.
