Think History is boring? Not here! Have you ever wanted to be a time traveller? Well here’s your chance. Step back into the past as you stroll through the camps manned by Living Historians, reproducing several different era’s of history. Talk to someone in the French Foreign Legion, or ask a Civil War soldier what he’s having for lunch, or join the US Navy during World War II, and have you heard of the Coal Wars?
Featuring Living Historians (Re-enactors) from several different era’s, and camps set up for you to walk through, see, smell, ask questions, and learn about that period!
Located in the Stewart Jones Historic Preservation Area, These Living Historians will be taking time out of their busy schedules to come out and set up, make sure you make a visit to their camp and interactive Displays. There will be firing demonstrations, and maybe a skirmish or two!
This great Family Friendly event is both FUN & Educational. . . or FUNducational! And the best part is that its FREE! You won’t want to miss it!
