Additional Information: Get your New Year off to a refreshing start in this urban green space in downtown Annapolis. Join the park ranger and a naturalist for a leisurely walk through the Maryland Park Service’s only public garden and arboretum. You’ll hear how this once inhospitable lot was transformed to the 5-acre oasis it is today. We’ll scout for winter songbirds and other wildlife among areas that demonstrate Maryland’s native mountain west, central piedmont and coastal plain regions.
