Bring the kids downtown for a full day of fun and education at Old Town Winchester’s KidzFest presented by Valley Pediatric Dentistry. KidzFest was created for kids of all ages and features more than 60 interactive exhibits highlighting education, art, music and sports.
KidzFest will feature performances on the Old Town Courthouse lawn throughout the day, as well as interactive activities for children. Free activities and engaging exhibits ranging from musical instrument demonstrations to gymnastics will line the Loudoun Street Mall. Other activities such as sports and educational games will add to the fun. Friendly competitions of soccer ball juggling, free throw shooting, football tossing and more will also be offered.
Kids will have a chance to participate in various arts and crafts activities and musical educational exhibits. Schools and summer camps are invited to participate as vendors to showcase their curriculum.
Don’t miss Reptiles Alive performing two shows this year! Following the shows there will be an opportunity to pet a live snake. The Horn’s Punch and Judy Puppet Show will give kids a chance to watch one of the oldest and unique children’s entertainment experiences right here in Winchester. Mandy the Clown Solo Circus will also bring fun entertainment with incredible talent that will have all the kids amazed and up and dancing!
This is a great family-friendly event for downtown businesses to showcase their family atmosphere and for parents to discover upcoming fun summer activities.
