Hands-on House, Children’s Museum of Lancaster is looking for girls to volunteer to be models in the upcoming American Girl Fashion Show® fundraiser to benefit the museum. This fun, engaging program showcases historical and contemporary fashions from American Girl®.
Girls will be selected to model the fashions at four shows to be held the weekend of November 15 & 16, 2013 at The Conference Center at IU13 on New Holland Ave. in Lancaster. Each model will wear historical clothing from the American Girl character’s stories or fashions from American Girls’ line of contemporary clothing for today’s girls.
All models must wear a girl’s size 10 or 6X. Each model must closely resemble one of the popular American Girl historical characters. Models will be required to attend two evening rehearsals during the week of November 11, and will perform at one show on the weekend of November 15 & 16.
If your daughter is interested in being a model, fill out this model interest form and send to the address provided. Completed interest forms must be submitted along with acurrent photo by August 15. Model selection and notification will take place in September 2013.
