Phoenix Rising Dance and Fitness are Frederick, Maryland’s up and coming dance and fitness studio, catering exclusively to the needs and interests of women within the greater Washington, D.C metro area.
 
OUR CLASSES
All our classes are a mixture of conditioning, flexibility, musicality, and most importantly FUN! Whether it’s pole dancing, floor work, chair dancing, body conditioning, or any other classes, we focus on teaching safe techniques you can use to build on to your dance and fitness vocabulary.
 
We offer a variety of options for every woman. Some classes may be sassy, others can be super sexy, and sometimes we’re just fierce and powerful! No matter what the structure, you’ll definitely gain strength, endurance, and confidence! Our knowledgeable instructors will help lead you through a fun-filled journey to meet your goals!
