LOTS!

Ingredients

½ Yellow onion, diced.
½ Red onion diced.
½ Lime, squeezed.
½ Head of Cilantro, chopped (make sure you cut off the stalks and chop the leaves only, or this will be bitter).
4 Jalapeno’s, diced (this is moderately hot)
1 each green, red and yellow pepper, diced.
3 - 14.5 oz cans of diced tomatoes (I drain them so the salsa isn’t so “soupy.”

Directions

  1. Put all ingredients into a bowl. Add tortilla chips and eat!!
