2 lbs. hamburger
3 cans red kidney beans
1 large can crushed tomatoes
2 cans stewed tomatoes
4 onions - chopped
4 cloves garlic
Vinegar and sugar to taste (optional)
- Pour olive oil in pan and dice 4 cloves of garlic. Brown. Then add hamburger and cook until done. Drain oil from pan.
- Add the remaining ingredients to pan and simmer for at least an hour...but all day is best!!
