SANGRIA (child friendly)

4 cups (32 ounces) 100% concord grape juice
2 cups (16 ounces) orange juice
2 packages (1.2 oz) Simply Organic Mulling Spice or purchase mulling spices at your nearest grocer
2 cans (12 ounce each) ginger ale or lemon-lime soda
2 cups sliced fruit (oranges, strawberries, peaches)
- In a large glass or stainless steel container, combine grape juice, orange juice and Mulling Spice. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Strain spiced juice into clean container or punch bowl. Add ginger ale. Serve over ice, garnished with fruit slices.
- ****Chef Suggestions -For a faster version, heat fruit juices to a boil in large soup pot. Turn off heat, add Mulling Spice, let sit 10 minutes. Cool in refrigerator. Strain and add remaining ingredients. Serve over ice. -For an adult version, substitute one bottle (750 ml) red wine for grape juice. -For a stronger spice flavor, roughly grind mulling spice in a coffee or spice mill for no more than 5 to 10 seconds.
