Raw Vegan “Pistachio Ice Cream”

1 cup Curly Green Kale Leaves (about 3 large leaves)
2 ripe bananas (fresh or frozen)
2 cups ice
1/2 cup filtered water
1/2 cup pistachios or cashew nuts
3 TBsp raw agave nectar or 1/4 cup chopped pitted dates
1 tsp pure alcohol free Vanilla Extract
1/2 tsp finely minced ginger
pinch of Celtic sea salt


  1. Throw all of the ingredients into a high speed blender and puree until smooth and creamy.
