16 oz. softened cream cheese
8 oz pumpkin puree
2/3 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ginger
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 Arrowhead Mills Graham Cracker Pie Crust
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Soften cream cheese to room temperature.
- Combine all ingredients in a large food processor, scraping the sides frequently.
- Pour filling into crust and bake for 30 minutes or until center is firm.
- Refrigerate at least 3 hours or overnight. Top with Whipped cream.
