An easy breakfast for a weekday morning.

Makes 2 glasses of Parfait


1 cup fresh sliced peaches
1-1/2 cup low-fat or fat-free milk
1/8 tsp almond extract
1 cup fresh raspberries


  1. Mix peaches, milk, and almond extract in a blender until smooth. Mash raspberries with a fork. Layer milk mixture and raspberries in two glasses.
