Ingredients
2 boxes Jiffy corn muffin mix
6 eggs
1 - 16 oz. sour cream
1 - 14.5 can creamed corn
8 Tablespoons sugar
1 stick of butter melted
Directions
- Beat eggs, sugar, sour cream together. Add Jiffy corn mix and creamed corn. Mix well. Add melted butter. Pour into a 13 x 9 baking dish.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
