Hot “White” Chocolate

1 qt. half & half
1 c. white chocolate chips
2 tbsp. granulated sugar
3/4 tsp. pure vanilla extract
Whipped cream (optional)
- Combine milk and half & half in a medium saucepan and cook over low heat until warm.
- Slowly mix in sugar, vanilla, and chips. Stir constantly to ensure white chocolate chips are completely melted.
- Pour into mugs and garnish with whipped cream.
