Chicken Broccoli Curry Casserole

2 10 oz packages frozen broccoli or 2 bunches fresh
2 cups or sliced cooked chicken (about 3 chicken breasts)
2 cans condensed cream of chicken soup
1 cup mayo
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp curry powder
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup croutons
1 Tbsp melted butter
- Cook broccoli in boiling salted water until tender. Drain. Put in greased casserole dish. Place cooked sliced/cubed chicken on top.
- Combine soup, mayo, lemon juice, and curry powder and pour on top of chicken.
- Sprinkle with cheese.
- Combine croutons and butter. Sprinkle on top of cheese.
- Bake at 350 for 25-30 min.
