Unbelievably Good!

1 1/2 lbs Wegmans Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
3 Tbsp Patak's Tandoori Paste Marinade & Grill Sauce (International Foods)
1 bottle (8 oz) Wegmans Spicy Indian Simmer Sauce (Produce Dept)
1 container (8 oz) Wegmans Heavy Cream
1 Tbsp Wegmans Unsalted Butter


  1. 2 hours-1 day before you're serving: Coat chicken with Tandoori paste. Marinate in refrigerator at least 2 hours or overnight.
  2. Day you're serving: Preheat oven to 500 degrees. Bake chicken on baking sheet about 25-30 min or until internal temp reaches 165 degrees (check by inserting thermometer halfway into thickest part of chicken).
  3. Remove chicken from pan; cut in 1-inch cubes. Set aside.
  4. Add simmer sauce, heavy cream, and butter to large saucepan on MEDIUM-LOW; mix well. Bring to a simmer. Add chicken; simmer 5-10 min.
