Asian Roll Lettuce Wrap

If you like this appetizer when you're out to dinner, then you'll love it even more at home

1 pound ground chicken or turkey breast
2 tsp. garlic
2 tsp. ginger
4 tbsp. soy sauce
1 1/2-2 c. cooked brown rice
16 romaine or Bibb lettuce leaves
1 c. green onions
1 c. green or red pepper
1 c. bean sprouts
1 c. zucchini

Dipping Sauce:
1/3 c. soy sauce
1/3 c. water
1 tbsp. lemon juice
3 tsp. minced garlic
3 tsp. fresh ginger, minced
1 tsp. sugar


  1. Cook ground meat with green onions, When meat is done, drain and add back to pan
  2. Add in the rest of the veggies, soy sauce, garlic and ginger, rice, and mix well
  3. Add all the ingredients for sauce and put in small saucers so everyone gets one
  4. Wrap meat mixture in lettuce leaves and dip in the sauce
