Asian Chicken NoodleSalad

Great for home or a great idea to pack for you child's school lunch. Add more chicken if you like.

4 oz. cooked whole-wheat linguine or spaghetti and rinsed in cold water
1 cooked chicken breast, shredded
1 carrot, peeled and sliced into long matchsticks
1 red bell pepper, seeds and core removed, sliced into thin matchsticks
1/2 cup sliced sugar snap peas
1/4 cup bottled sesame ginger salad dressing


  1. Combine the ingredients in a large bowl, tossing well to combine. Pack with fruit and milk to complete the meal. Makes 2-4 servings, depending on age and appetite.
