Ann’s Pork Chops

Ingredients
6 pork chops with fat trimmed off
8 oz. mushrooms, sliced
1 green pepper, chopped
1 pkg. of onion gravy mix
1 tbsp. water
1 15 oz. can tomato sauce
Directions
- Put pork chops in a baking dish, mix all the other ingredients together, and pour over chops
- Cover with foil. Bake in a 350-degree oven for an hour and a half
