Ann’s Pork Chops

Green peppers, mushrooms, onion gravy, and tomato sauce do the job on spicing up these chops

What's in it

Ingredients

6 pork chops with fat trimmed off
8 oz. mushrooms, sliced
1 green pepper, chopped
1 pkg. of onion gravy mix
1 tbsp. water
1 15 oz. can tomato sauce

How to cook it

Directions

  • Put pork chops in a baking dish, mix all the other ingredients together, and pour over chops
  • Cover with foil. Bake in a 350-degree oven for an hour and a half
