Join Ellen Przybocki, long-time educator and owner of The Original Playhouse children’s museum, as she provides parents and educators with practical and fun ways to build the skills necessary to prepare young children to enter Kindergarten. She will be touching on a variety of areas including: literacy, mathematics, social, emotional, behavioral, general dexterity, and fine motor.
Meet the Presenter:
Ellen Przybocki has worked with students in Kindergarten through fifth grade in the Frederick County Public School system for 17 years. She was hired as one of the first reading interventionists in the early 2000s when “Targeted Intervention” was a newly developed program designed to give children a boost in literacy skills to enable them to strive for on-grade reading success.
