Home School Science: Natural Disasters at Lancaster County Environmental Center
Cyclones, earthquakes, volcanic eruptions and tsunamis are just a few of the natural disasters that capture our attention as they impact millions of lives around the world every year. Home school students will explore the geologic and meteorologic factors behind natural disasters as well as the cultural setting and human impact of historic events. Participants must be at least 10 years of age when classes begin. Fee of $40 covers 8 classes with Naturalist Mary Ann Schlegel. No younger siblings please.
