It’s happening in Hagerstown, Maryland on February 23, 2013: The Doleman Black Heritage Museum, Inc. (DBHM) is 501 (c) 3 nonprofit organizations celebrating its fourth annual Black History Month winter fundraiser. This year our Master of Ceremonies is Hagerstown native Minister Eric Rollins.

The Doleman Black Heritage Museum, Inc. (DBHM) is a 501c3 nonprofit organization founded in 2008 and represents the Doleman Black History Museum collection of Marguerite and Charles Doleman founded in 1972 in their home located in Hagerstown, Maryland. Since the museum’s humble beginnings, it has always strived to preserve and showcase the life and experience of African-Americans living in and around Hagerstown and Washington County.
