Father’s Day Fish~a~Rama Fishing Contest & Fly Fishing Demonstrations

All Dad wants for Father’s Day is to relax and fish with the family. Mom is welcome too!! Treat Dad to a fun filled weekend with BBQ and Catch and Release Fishing. Compete in our Fish-a-Rama contest with catch and release fishing for catfish, bass and blue gill from our stocked fishing ponds. Prizes are on the line for the largest fish hooked and the most fish caught during the power hour. Bring your own pole and gear to fish (no drag hooks) and we will have worms for purchase in our Farm Market. The Roosteraunt will feature beef burgers& hotdogs, our own Cider Pork BBQ with classic coleslaw, Kettle Corn, and our infamous Cider Donuts. Hand Dipped Virginia made ice cream is the perfect ending to a day well spent with family & Dad!
We are thrilled to welcome Bryan Kelly, a 1994 BASS Master Qualifier and Potomac River Fishing Guide for 18 years for a spin tackle demonstration and Fly casting demonstration at this year’s event. Bryan is the CEO of the Anglers Inn in Harpers Ferry, and has been featured on The Outdoor Channel on Curtis Flemings Fly Rod Chronicles. Come spend some time with this accomplished author, artist and published fly designer for small mouth bass flys and up your fishing game.

Farm Market will be offering seasonal fresh produce, jams & jellies, honey, local meats, baked goods and have a special treat for each dad!
The Roosteraunt will be open 10am-3pm serving up hand dipped ice cream, cider donuts, burgers, hotdogs, BBQ sandwiches with classic coleslaw, Kettle Corn and our freshly baked pies.
Don’t forget to visit our 5 acre play area! Our 2800 sq ft Pumpkin Jumpin’ Pillow, Double Barrel 60’s slides, pedal cart track and rope swings will make your heart race! You can become a Maze Master by challenging each of our 4 mazes. See who can climb up the Rubber Ridge tractor tire mountain the fastest or romp in our Corn Bin. Get MOOOOvin by taking a ride on the Cow Train ($2) and have a close encounter with our farm animals.
