The Elevator Pitch – BFF – A Gust of Wind Boutique

Posted by Dani Gurrie in BFF - Business Featured Friend, Blog on Mon, Feb 4, 2013

Another week and another fabulous “elevator pitch.” What is an elevator pitch, you ask? It’s a brief synopsis of your business – (about 45 seconds to a minute long) – think of being in an elevator with someone you’d want to “pitch” about you & your business – how would you tell them about your business and what information do you think it is important for them to know!!

This week, we’re proud to feature A Gust of Wind Boutique.

A Gust of Wind Boutique started when the harsh breezes of Superstorm Sandy tore through the Northeast, knocking down a beautiful Cherry Tree in my front yard in Frederick, MD. The fallen wood was inspiring. Many of the pieces sold in this shop are created from this tree and a portion of profits go to the American Red Cross to aid in their disaster relief efforts.
