I don’t know about your house, but at my house?

There are a few kid theme songs with which we are intimately familiar.

That song at the end of Yo Gabba Gabba where they make the celebrity get their dance on.  Do-do-do-do-do-Dora, do-do-do-do-do-Dora.

You know that one.  Everyone knows that one.

I’ll be honest, some of the kid songs I’m subjected to pretty much every day of my life grate on my nerves.  But, some of them make me want to get up and party!

The Imagination Movers are makers of a bunch of songs that have the get-up-and-party affect on me.

We stumbled across their show on Disney Junior a few years ago and I was pleasantly surprised to find that it was the perfect show for my little Dude.  He loved the whole workshop idea.  He enjoyed watching them solve mysteries.  And he was all over that Jump Up! song!  And, so was I.

Last year, when they came to the DC Metro Area, we got ourselves backstage to have an interview with Mover Rich.  It was so, so awesome to meet him and learn even more about where the band gets their inspiration for great music and awesome kid productions.

And, guess what?

The Imagination Movers are coming to Maryland again!

And, even more exciting?  We’ve got tickets!
