2010 events you can't miss

Frederick, MD – Tots2Tweens is excited to announce three major events to kick off 2010. Every one of these events is geared toward family and all have been specifically designed to be affordable and provide fun for everyone. They are all being held at Crumland Farms located just off Route 15 in Frederick.

The first event is an Easter Egg Hunt on March 27^th. This FREE event is open to children 12 and under and will feature separate times with age-appropriate “hunting”. Children will pick up empty plastic eggs and turn them into our Easter Bunny helpers in exchange for a special bag filled with goodies. No matter whether 1 or 10 eggs is found – all children will receive a prize. There will be other activities (moon bounce, face painting, strolling performers etc.) as well as vendors for all to enjoy. And don’t forget a chance to get a photo with the Easter Bunny! Time: 11 – 2pm. Rain or Shine.

Rock the Farm Family Festival (more info here) - The main stage will feature 3 live bands including: Grammy Nominated artists (12 times!) Cathy & Marcy, Milkshake (the full 6-piece band!) and The Dirty Sock Funtime Band (as seen on Noggin), a second stage will be filled with music from Kidsinger Jim & Friends and magic by Frank Culler.

Included with admission - tons of FREE stuff: there will be strolling entertainment, face painting, balloon twisting, moon bounces and a Guitar Hero challenge.

You can visit lots of vendors, buy some great food and drink (retail purchases, food and drink are not included in ticket price) and lots more!!

4^th on the Farm – July 4^th from 12pm to 9pm. We’re following up last year’s success with another amazing 4^th of July celebration. This year however, we’re bringing out all the stops with TONS more planned. We haven’t finalized some of the activities but we’ll keep you posted. What we can promise is an ENTIRELY FREE day for families including: face painting, moon bounces, entertainment and MORE! Rain or Shine.
